Time Warner announces an “experimental” change in their internet fees.
Time Warner Cable has announced plans to test a new internet pricing structure in Beaumont. The plan would charge internet users based on how much bandwidth they use. Michael Mendoza reports on how Time Warner’s experimental new pricing structure foreshadows what’s to come.
