Since their debut nearly 15 years ago, Dallas, TX based Old 97’s have been leading the alt-country scene with an equal affinity for both legendary country music and pure rock’n’roll. Most songs are written by singer/guitarist Rhett Miller, who has been working on his own solo career since 2002. Hear Rhett Miller tease songs from the upcoming release from the Old 97’s in a solo acoustic setting live from Studio 1B Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. on Music with Jay Trachtenberg.
