The futuristic, fusion sound of KTU (that’s K-2) is a combination of the accordion mastery of Finnish composer Kimmo Pohjonen with former King Crimson members Trey Gunn on Warr guitar and percussionist Pat Mastellato attacking the skins. The trio made a special appearance at SXSW this year as part of their tour throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Hear KTU live on Music with Jay Trachtenberg in Studio 1A.
