Shortly after President Trump concludes his first address to a joint session of Congresson Tuesday, former Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear will deliver the Democratic response.
Beshear was chosen by Democratic Party leaders for his record expanding affordable health care. NPR will have a transcript of Beshear’s address, and journalists across the NPR newsroom will also annotate his remarks.
