Governor Rick Perry has taken to the airwaves in an effort to make up for his 53 seconds of forgetfulness. First, he spoke to the press after the Wednesday night debate, something he's NEVER done after any debate during his time as Governor. He hit just about every morning talk show Thursday. And then he continued the "I Stepped in It" tour by giving his Top Ten excuses for the gaffe on The Late Show with David Letterman.
