Healthcare Law Takes A Tumble In Virginia
Yesterday's ruling in Virginia declaring parts of the federal healthcare law unconstitutional found plenty of reaction in Texas. This state is part of a separate attempt to repeal the new law. KUT's Ben Philpott reports.
