World Wrestling Entertainment is taping its annual "Tribute to the Troops" at Fort Hood this year.  A press release from Fort Hood's public affairs office says it will feature an all star cast.

WWE Superstars John Cena, Randy Orton, The Miz, Rey Mysterio, Big Show and Shawn Michaels are scheduled to appear. Performers Trace Adkins, Sean Combs’ Diddy - Dirty Money, Cedric The Entertainer, “Modern Family’s” Ariel Winter, “The View’s” Sherri Shepherd and Miss USA Rima Fakih also will make appearances in the show.

The free event is obviously aimed at Fort Hood soldiers and their families, but Fort Hood PAO says it is also "open to the public." It will be taped Saturday from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.  The show airs December 18 at 8 pm Central on NBC.

Here's a promotional video from WWE's 2009 "Tribute to the Troops", which NBC billed as "the most patriotic show of the year."
