Why isn't information enough? Facts. Dates. Names. Why do we as humans need more in order to understand our world?
As it turns out, these bits and pieces are just that — bits and pieces. We need stories in order to make sense of things. Stories for the connective tissue between the nuggets of information we collect everyday. It's much easier for us to understand and remember things when we have a story.
