The folks at Kelley Blue Book are out with their Top Winter Cars for the 2012 model year. Granted, the need for a winter car in our part of Texas isn't altogether pressing. A winter car here may be something sporty with a sunroof. But it's kind of fun to see what national groups are recommending for people trying to brave snow, ice, cold rain and other things we don't see a lot here.
