Polling stations will be open until 7:00 p.m. tonight for local elections.

Polls are open for local elections around Central Texas.  In Travis County, six cities are electing council members; six school districts and an emergency services district are electing board members.

In Austin, three city council seats are on the ballot.  You can find out about those races by following this link.  The cities of Pflugerville, Lakeway, Manor, Jonestown and Sunset Valley are electing council members. Lakeway is also asking voters for a $1.25-million bond to build a new public library.

Voters in the Eanes School District will elect three board members and decide the fate  of a $54-million bond for new school building and renovation of existing schools.

Voting stations close at 7:00 p.m. tonight.  You can follow results here after the polls close.
