KUT’s Wells Dunbar spoke with Cannon about Austin Energy’s rate redesign, promoting affordability, urban rail and geographic representation.

Local entrepreneur Cannon is one of seven people running in Place 5 to unseat incumbent Bill Spelman. Early voting in the Austin city elections begins Monday, April 30.
