On this edition of In Black America, producer/host John L. Hanson Jr. speaks with Dr. Rudy Jackson, Jr., Ph.D., founder and president of College Prep Professionals, LLC.

Jackson received his doctoral degree in school psychology from Lehigh University. He has an extensive education background, having served as a counselor, psychologist, college professor, director of academic learning, coordinator of pre-college programs and member of college scholarship and admissions committees.

Jackson alone with his wife Karen started his company 10 years ago to help family and friends. Jackson previously was assistant dean of strategic initiatives and assessment at Vanderbilt University and worked in the Department of Education at Davidson College.
