The county's Republican Party claimed there were not enough Republican workers at polling locations.

The election code requires each polling location’s presiding judge and alternate judge to be affiliated or aligned with different political parties.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday morning in Travis County District Court asking that the city be required to enforce the ban on camping in public.
