Even though the city has more money to give out, there isn't enough to support every applicant. Last funding cycle, only 137 out of more than 1,000 applicants received grants. The deadline is Dec. 4. -
With the convention center getting demolished, the festival will be spread out around downtown. Each showcase will run at the same time over the course of a week. -
The 46-acre property includes 10 yurts, barns, a spa and a 2,000-square-foot house. It's valued at $7 million.
