CIA Deputy Director Gina Haspel will testify before senators this morning on Capitol Hill ahead of a possible vote of confidence to lead the intelligence agency. Haspel, who spent 32 years undercover for the agency, would be the first woman to lead the CIA, as well as the first career-agent to hold the post.
