facebook.com/TexasAttorneyGeneral

Update: The memorial for West has concluded. For an overview of the ceremony, see NPR's take: "Texas Town Honors Dead From Fertilizer Plant Blast."

Original Post: A memorial service for the victims of the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas, is being held at Waco's Baylor University today.

Scheduled to speak: Gov. Rick Perry, Baylor University President Ken Starr, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, and Pres. Barack Obama.

KUT News’ Terrence Henry is on the scene at Baylor University’s Ferrell Center. He says “it looks like it will be filled by the time they begin.” A dozen coffins line the front of the stage, each with a uniformed officer in front and each with a large framed photo. The coffins are draped in American flags.

Here's a Storify timeline compiled of tweets relating to the memorial.
