Thousands of people poured downtown on Saturday and Sunday nights to celebrate Halloween, including this man, who dressed up as Ronald McDonald.

Sixth Street was packed to the gills both Saturday and  Sunday night as costumed  revelers turned out in droves to celebrate Halloween. Flickr users efohbe and EgOiStE were among those out snapping dozens of pictures.  KVUE says "tens of thousands" showed up last night.

The bars do not close until 2 a.m., but most people KVUE News observed were not spending their time inside of them.  Instead, most people were simply walking up and down the blocked-off street, admiring one another’s costumes.

Plenty of YouTube videos popping up from the festivities. Here's one from Saturday night. You can find more here.

The Austin Police Department released their numbers for "No Refusal" weekend.  APD used search warrants to draw blood from suspected drunk drivers who refused to offer a breath or blood sample.

It led to a total of 49 DWI arrests.  Here's the breakdown from APD:

Saturday October 30, 2010 11 voluntary breath samples were given 10 blood search warrants 3 mandatory blood draws Friday October 29, 2010 13 voluntary breath samples were given 10 blood search warrant 1 consensual blood draw 1 mandatory blood draw Totals: 24 Voluntary breath samples 20 blood search warrants 4 mandatory blood draws 1 consensual blood draw
